Where’s the full recipe - why can I only see the ingredients?

Always check the publication for a full list of ingredients. An Eat Your Books index lists the main ingredients and does not include 'store-cupboard ingredients' (salt, pepper, oil, flour, etc.) - unless called for in significant quantity.

    To cut corners, I substituted onion marmalade left over from Xmas for the fried onions in the filling. This poor tart had a difficult time in the oven, because I tried to fit it next to a loaf tin, in order to be thrifty (the eco programme requires use of just one shelf). After 15 mins, I realised I had tilted the loaf tin up at an angle, & cake batter had erupted on to my onion tart. I managed to remove the batter with kitchen paper but the tart is worse for wear. If it ever happens again, I'll just leave it & then remove a layer of cake from the finished tart.
