    Fun and delicious. Replaced baby corn with frozen corn. my kid loved the unveiling and everyone liked the taste.

    Prep takes a bit, as there is a lot of chopping, but cook time is pretty short. Due to how I have to buy chicken, ours was a bit chicken heavy. The egg on top is a great addition to a dish that is similar to a lot of other stir-frys.
