    Can substitute ground beef for ground lamb.

    Use more garlic and olive oil in your hummus than you would expect. I also suggest using something spicier for the lamb, like harissa.

    Hummus needed way more garlic. Didn’t make recipe exactly as is so I won’t rate until I do so. But the hummus needed a little work.
