Where’s the full recipe - why can I only see the ingredients?

Always check the publication for a full list of ingredients. An Eat Your Books index lists the main ingredients and does not include 'store-cupboard ingredients' (salt, pepper, oil, flour, etc.) - unless called for in significant quantity.

    Both the ragu and the bechamel are very tasty ... needed a 2.8litre baking dish, not a 2 litre one - which is what was indicated, and what I started with. It was never going to fit .. after layer 1 I thought "nope".. there's 2 litres of bechamel and 1.2 litres of ragu, so I tipped it all into a larger dish, made another 100g mix of pasta and continued.. not quite a lasagna layering, but still very tasty. Note to self for next time!
