Where’s the full recipe - why can I only see the ingredients?

Always check the publication for a full list of ingredients. An Eat Your Books index lists the main ingredients and does not include 'store-cupboard ingredients' (salt, pepper, oil, flour, etc.) - unless called for in significant quantity.

    These turned out great. Nicely moist and flavorful, and the cream cheese filling was perfect, along with the streusel topping. Recipe made 10 muffins, just like it said. Based on the teaspoon of filling in each one, the amount of filling in the recipe was easily double what it needed to be. Next time I’ll cut that part in half, and not waste the extra cream cheese. Recipe says to bake for 20 minutes, mine were done at 19, and probably could have used a minute less.
