Where’s the full recipe - why can I only see the ingredients?

Always check the publication for a full list of ingredients. An Eat Your Books index lists the main ingredients and does not include 'store-cupboard ingredients' (salt, pepper, oil, flour, etc.) - unless called for in significant quantity.

    Do you know how much salt it takes for me to say a dish is too salty? It's this much. Add sugar or cut the soy but half.

    June 23 - enjoyed this but it was very salty and I don’t think I’d rush to make again. Used more prawns than stated as don’t think mine were as big as those shown in the photo
