    Allow to pre-soak overnight. Can substitute olive oil for virgin coconut oil, and raw sunflower seeds or raw pumpkin seeds for raw sesame seeds.

    Good, but the brown rice stayed a bit harder than I would prefer. Like the buckwheat bread from this book better.
