Where’s the full recipe - why can I only see the ingredients?

Always check the publication for a full list of ingredients. An Eat Your Books index lists the main ingredients and does not include 'store-cupboard ingredients' (salt, pepper, oil, flour, etc.) - unless called for in significant quantity.

    I first chose this recipe as an easy way to use up a variety of ingredients I had on hand. As I was preparing the dish, I had my doubts as to whether there would be enough flavour. I was wrong to doubt the recipe, this was a very nice autumn dish - flavourful and comforting. And it looked like a lot more effort then it was.
