    Very good, a nice weeknight meal. My eggs got overcooked with hard yolks, so I'd suggest maybe turning off the heat just a bit before the whites are fully set, then letting it sit covered to finish cooking the whites. But it was still delicious! Leftovers were great for lunch (with or without an egg) - I think the flavor improved with sitting.

    Delicious! I used one can of chickpeas and just a handful of feta.
