Always check the publication for a full list of ingredients. An Eat Your Books index lists the main ingredients and does not include 'store-cupboard ingredients' (salt, pepper, oil, flour, etc.) - unless called for in significant quantity.

    I should have tried these sooner as we both really liked them. T is not really a fan of cornbread (but I am) so I tried these (to serve with soup) to see if he liked them better - and he does! The cornmeal gives a traditional biscuit (with all its great characteristics) a lovely little bit of extra (crunch? texture? flavour?) something and I will make these guys again for sure.
