Where’s the full recipe - why can I only see the ingredients?

Always check the publication for a full list of ingredients. An Eat Your Books index lists the main ingredients and does not include 'store-cupboard ingredients' (salt, pepper, oil, flour, etc.) - unless called for in significant quantity.

    This is a very assertive (and good!) vinaigrette...he does say in the preface to this section that he likes a higher ratio of vinegar to oil than usual recipes. At this point I was really happy to use it over mixed greens but I had dill hanging around so this morphed into his variation called "herb vinaigrette". I'll make this one again.
