    I'm not sure why this recipe spoke to me when it's summer, but I really enjoyed it. Comfort food that's very easy to put together. Sometimes I'm not a fan of the texture of mushrooms but here they crisp up beautifully. Unfortunately my three-year-old wasn't a fan so probably not a repeat for that reason. A green salad on the side (as suggested by the author) cuts through the richness and is a lovely match.
