Where’s the full recipe - why can I only see the ingredients?

Always check the publication for a full list of ingredients. An Eat Your Books index lists the main ingredients and does not include 'store-cupboard ingredients' (salt, pepper, oil, flour, etc.) - unless called for in significant quantity.

    I’m a ‘taste as you go’ cook, so I decided to cook off the filling ingredients (minus the fish) in a pan to make sure it was tasty enough. I added additional garlic, ginger, chilli, msg and herbs to the filling, as it had little taste without them. The full is a good idea but better to customise the filling.

    Very tasty, extremely simple, and a great way to use up left over filo. I might be tempted to add a chopped red chilli as well.
