Where’s the full recipe - why can I only see the ingredients?

Always check the publication for a full list of ingredients. An Eat Your Books index lists the main ingredients and does not include 'store-cupboard ingredients' (salt, pepper, oil, flour, etc.) - unless called for in significant quantity.

    This was a disaster for me. Boiled chicken in milky water, and about £10 of ingredients ruined. Judging from the other positive comments, maybe I did something wrong, but I think I followed the recipe exactly! I did think I should have browned the chicken off, but Rukmini's recipes are usually so good that I trusted her.

    Ive made this twice now and it's been delicious both times. I can't eat creme fraiche so I fried the chorizo and chicken thighs and made a roux from the oil and some flour, a chicken stock cube, water and a glug of cream to make a white sauce.

    This was in my regular rotation in the winter just passed. Very easy to put together and the children loved it.
