    I like this recipe. It is very flexible. I didn't have zucchini so I used a carrot (chopped) and goat cheese mixed with herbs de provence instead of boursin. Worked very well. Great flavor came together easily. and I used 1 large can of tomatoes that I squeezed by hand to break up. I will make it again. with mre veggies. and a bit less pasta.
