Where’s the full recipe - why can I only see the ingredients?

Always check the publication for a full list of ingredients. An Eat Your Books index lists the main ingredients and does not include 'store-cupboard ingredients' (salt, pepper, oil, flour, etc.) - unless called for in significant quantity.

    Very very tasty. However, I think the filling was a bit loose. The recipe says hummus consistency but it was looser than that, so I might use less water next time. (I still haven't got the hang of making a filo tart that doesn't fall apart when serving, but I think that's my issue rather than the recipe.)
