    This was an excellent version of Asian glazed black cod. I had planned to marinate using the recipe we love from Terra, but the time got away from us and I forgot to marinate. This came out really well. I used both ginger and garlic and it was great. Highly recommended. I now regularly make this and have found that the amount of sauce the recipe calls for is much more than needed. I now make ½ the amount and even thickened from cooking it down it is quite enough. Really a great rendition of this dish.

    Easiest recipe for all the Asian black cod versions. Sesame seeds, black or white, and green onions optional, but good addition. Added 1T mirin, and used juice from half a lemon. If using light soy sauce, add a bit of molasses to help thicken. Video says chopped garlic, but meant chopped ginger.
