Where’s the full recipe - why can I only see the ingredients?

    I made this after receiving a fresh pineapple as a hostess gift. I had to use a griddle pan in the kitchen, because it was a winter rainstorm. I used seitan rather than tofu. It was surprisingly tasty, with a great combination of flavours, & would be great for a real barbecue in the sunshine.
