Can substitute lemons, blackberries, or raspberries for limes. The book's "Blackberry shrub" specified here must sit at least 8 hours before using.

Where’s the full recipe - why can I only see the ingredients?

Always check the publication for a full list of ingredients. An Eat Your Books index lists the main ingredients and does not include 'store-cupboard ingredients' (salt, pepper, oil, flour, etc.) - unless called for in significant quantity.

I made this on two separate occasions before I decided how I felt about it. The blackberry is lovely and the sparkling water gives it a nice lightness. Worth making the blackberry shrub for this drink for sure.
