Sautéed celery with olives (Sedano alla Molisana) from Food of the Italian South: Recipes for Classic, Disappearing, and Lost Dishes (page 163) by Katie Parla

Where’s the full recipe - why can I only see the ingredients?

Always check the publication for a full list of ingredients. An Eat Your Books index lists the main ingredients and does not include 'store-cupboard ingredients' (salt, pepper, oil, flour, etc.) - unless called for in significant quantity.

I used store bought breadcrumbs mixed with a bit of chopped parsley and grated parm instead of making the book's breadcrumbs. This recipe is a really nice way to eat celery and a great way to use a lot if you need to clean out the fridge, but it makes a lot of dirty dishes for a simple side.
