    Quite good, also quite rich. I was loose with the wine, garlic, and oregano and skipped the potatoes -- but they or noodles would have been yummy. I wondered if a shot of lemon or other acidic/tart something would cut the richness just enough. I will try that with the leftovers! Still -- the meat was fall-off-the-bone tender and, of course, short ribs are always just rich (and delicious).
