Where’s the full recipe - why can I only see the ingredients?

Always check the publication for a full list of ingredients. An Eat Your Books index lists the main ingredients and does not include 'store-cupboard ingredients' (salt, pepper, oil, flour, etc.) - unless called for in significant quantity.

    This was an awful lot of work (making the slow-cooked sauce, boiling the greens, marinating the chicken, making the candied nutes, etc.) for a recipe that I didn't really feel paid off with anything extra special. Like one of those recipes that screams out it was designed for a restaurant kitchen with a lot of prep and sous chefs, not a home kitchen.
