    I wasn't paying attention and baked in a 9 inch cake pan rather than springform. The cake rose well over the top but still baked well (just higher in center). The flavor was great with a nice amount of lemon. Pouring the glaze all over the streusel and letting it harden gave the effect of a lemon cake donut in texture. My husband found it a touch dry the next morning and buttered his cake slice.
