    This was surprisingly good! I added a little mint to perk it up a little. I don’t really notice either the mustard or the anchovies. I’ve been eating it in my savory oatmeal (with Gruyère, walnuts, and avocado) for a week. It keeps much longer in the fridge than regular pesto. I will definitely keep this in the rotation so fennel fronds don’t go to waste.
