Where’s the full recipe - why can I only see the ingredients?

Always check the publication for a full list of ingredients. An Eat Your Books index lists the main ingredients and does not include 'store-cupboard ingredients' (salt, pepper, oil, flour, etc.) - unless called for in significant quantity.

    In a funk, not wanting to cook AGAIN late night, I realized I had most of the ingredients for this simple recipe and whipped it right up. It came out great, though I should have added extra liquid to make up for the spinach I didn’t have. I just added a few splashes of mushroom soaking water to the pan, though, and it all loosened right up, plus I think the slight browning/caramelization from the low water actually added yummy flavor. It was way simpler than previous versions I’ve made, too. Great find!
