Where’s the full recipe - why can I only see the ingredients?

Always check the publication for a full list of ingredients. An Eat Your Books index lists the main ingredients and does not include 'store-cupboard ingredients' (salt, pepper, oil, flour, etc.) - unless called for in significant quantity.

    I chose to make this because I had all the ingredients on hand and was intrigued as I'd never heard of the dish. This had layers of crust, chicken, asparagus, and cheese and while we had our doubts it turned out to be quite delicious. I followed the instructions to let it sit for 30 minutes coming out of the oven and was rewarded with perfect slices. I'm not sure I'll rush to make it again just because it was a bit rich for everyday, but was fun to try.
