Where’s the full recipe - why can I only see the ingredients?

Always check the publication for a full list of ingredients. An Eat Your Books index lists the main ingredients and does not include 'store-cupboard ingredients' (salt, pepper, oil, flour, etc.) - unless called for in significant quantity.

    I just made the grits to serve under a pork chile verde and we enjoyed flavours from the old white cheddar & garlic powder. I did add a handful of frozen corn as we like those little pops of freshness. The grits I have on hand take longer than the 8 minutes suggested (ie for quick cooking grits) but no matter - I just kept heating/stirring til I was happy. I will probably come back to try the full recipe (ie shrimp, thick cit bacon etc) soon.
