Can substitute spaghetti pasta for ditalini paste, tomato passata for canned tomatoes, and pecorino cheese or cheese of your choice for pecorino cheese.

Where’s the full recipe - why can I only see the ingredients?

Always check the publication for a full list of ingredients. An Eat Your Books index lists the main ingredients and does not include 'store-cupboard ingredients' (salt, pepper, oil, flour, etc.) - unless called for in significant quantity.

dreamy dish that sticks to your ribs! we had this before venturing outside in the winter cold for a few hours and I felt like it was great prep. not huge portions, I thought - feeds four people for lunch or with side dishes for dinner.

I've cooked this several times and can vouch that it is easy to make and very tasty. Worth getting everything nicely prepped before starting, as it tends to go fast. Slightly more thick than a "broth".
