    This was a fine smoothie. I didn’t have coconut milk so I substitute 2/3 Greek yogurt and 1/3 the weight of frozen coconut. Expected a more tropical flavored than I got. That may be the coconut adjustment, but I suspect it could have used the juice of half a lime as limes were in the picture but not in the recipe. (As most of my smoothie, I like them as a bowl to keep me going till lunch so I also added 1 c spinach, hemp, chia, flax and pumpkin seeds)
