Where’s the full recipe - why can I only see the ingredients?

    Can substitute any type of nut butter for peanut butter.

    I subbed out the banana (as I always do)- in this case using frozen mango. My version was just barely sweet with a nice nutty flavor. I think this is the most filling smoothie that I've made- so this is a good one if you want one that will fill you up.
