    I like the creaminess the avocado adds to this smoothie, but between the avocado and carrot and fruit, it sits halfway between sweet and savory, which isn’t my favorite. I chose to add a cup of spinach, sub the kefir for Greek yogurt as well as half the milk for more yogurt, double the hemp hearts, and add a teaspoon of flax and Chia seeds. I skipped the antioxidant powder, which, for all I know may have added more sweetness, but did not have it.?
