    This is a pleasant, not too sweet smoothie intended to highlight the delicate flavors of white peaches. It is successful in that regard, although I admit to swapping out cardamom for vanilla. (I had tried this before with yellow peaches, and thought the cardamom was overly strong.) Using fresh peaches, it is closer to a milk consistency, so go with frozen ones if you want a more smoothie-like texture.
