    made it with snapper. nice and fresh. easy to make.. i just did my own salad.

    Simple and easy, yet restaurant quality flavours. I've made it regularly since the first time several years ago, when it blew me away. I usually have it with salmon fillets these days, but it works well with any grilled fish.
