    Very good. Quite sweet and tart, and very flavorful. Serving garnished with pickled jalapénos was a nice addition. While looking for 2 ingredients I was missing for the Relajo spice blend at a Mexican market, I found they also had packages of the spice blend itself. I made my own, but the ready made is an option.
