      Fairly easy though the sweet potato basically became mush. Decent. Made more like 8 servings.

      This was just alright. It wasn't bad, but I wouldn't make it again. I did use lime juice instead of the dried limes, so maybe that made a difference.

      I didn't bother with the chili sauce. I used ground turkey and Massaman paste (less spicy) and it was very flavorful.

      Not bad. It wasn't a vibrant green, but had an earthy/ green flavour. Service with a simple tomato/onion salad.

      Very good. Quite sweet and tart, and very flavorful. Serving garnished with pickled jalapénos was a nice addition. While looking for 2 ingredients I was missing for the Relajo spice blend at a Mexican market, I found they also had packages of the spice blend itself. I made my own, but the ready made is an option.
