    This is the 3rd recipe I’ve made using my stash of “R-rated onions” and oh yes - this decadent butter is delicious. We had it over thinly sliced steak & baked potatoes...so good :)

    I substituted big portobello mushrooms for the steak and it was great. The blue cheese-onion butter is delicious stuff!
