    We enjoyed this very much. The hash was really flavorful, and prep was easy. I knew when I read the recipe that 12 minutes wasn’t even close to enough time to roast the potatoes, especially in one inch cubes. I cut them a little smaller, and it still took around a half hour. We used halibut for the fish, with a simple pan sear. Nice weeknight dish.
