    Fabulous! Following SheilaS's lead I used Spigiarello from my garden, and I think this would work well with a wide variety of tender greens. I me a big bowl of greens and a couple of eggs, the combination of egg, spicy harissa, salty anchovy, and grassy greens is compelling and satisfying.

    This is great! I used arugula instead of spinach as it's what I had on hand and had it with a slice of toast. Next time, I'll plan ahead and put everything over polenta.
