Where’s the full recipe - why can I only see the ingredients?

Always check the publication for a full list of ingredients. An Eat Your Books index lists the main ingredients and does not include 'store-cupboard ingredients' (salt, pepper, oil, flour, etc.) - unless called for in significant quantity.

    Nice and fragrant. I would probably double the ginger and coconut milk next time. And consider some green onions. I found the rice stuck to the bottom and in want of more liquid, though I did simmer for 20 minutes and let steam for 5 off heat. (And my stovetop is woefully inadequate at a simmer unless you are trying to simmer magma.)
