    This wasn't quite a sheet pan dish for me as I didn't have enough room on the pan to add the cooked pasta. Instead, I added the roasted Brussels sprouts and onion to the pot of drained pasta and continued from there. I toasted the breadcrumb, walnut and garlic mixture and added it to individual servings at the end. Not everyone wanted mozzarella so that was omitted. Still a very tasty dish.

    I followed this recipe, more or less, for the sprouts (plus some broccoli) with garlicky crumbs, etc., but skipped the pasta and cheese. Served instead with some lemon-ricotta ravioli. Delicious!
