Can substitute Triple Sec or Grand Marnier for Cointreau, and chili powder for Tajín seasoning.

Where’s the full recipe - why can I only see the ingredients?

Always check the publication for a full list of ingredients. An Eat Your Books index lists the main ingredients and does not include 'store-cupboard ingredients' (salt, pepper, oil, flour, etc.) - unless called for in significant quantity.

Pretty good! My go-to margarita is Food 52's Hibiscus Margarita (it's a thanksgiving tradition!) and this one is less sweet, due to not using any simple syrup-- but very refreshing and EASY.
