    This is a delightful mix of the salt cod of Europe with the coconut curry of South India -- not literally but the flavor brought that thought to mind. The flavor is actually less complex than that of a curry having only the heat from the pepper sauce rather than the spicing of a curry. But this is an excellent preparation of salt cod.
