    My husband liked this more than I did. We only used 10.5 oz of salt cod, but it was already desalted. I think more would have been too much. I found the fish a bit tough and fishy-tasting, but my husband rated this 4.9/5. The broth was delicious, I would consider making again but with a different white fish. Served with garlic bread.
