Can substitute red cabbage for white cabbage, soy sauce for tamari, and celeriac or beetroots for carrots.

Where’s the full recipe - why can I only see the ingredients?

Accompaniments: Tamari-roasted seeds

Always check the publication for a full list of ingredients. An Eat Your Books index lists the main ingredients and does not include 'store-cupboard ingredients' (salt, pepper, oil, flour, etc.) - unless called for in significant quantity.

Really liked this one, made double the amount of slaw to have some leftovers. I had a ready made ginger, soy & lime dressing to use up, which worked a treat. Didn't put the optional chilli flakes in the omelette, so the 5yo could have some, and think it would have been nice with a fresh chilli sliced on top instead.
