    Everyone who commented on this last night liked it much better than I did. I thought that adding clam juice to mascarpone didn't quite work -- it seemed like it was on the verge of separating. Also, the flavor was quite bland. I ended up adding more clams and some Old Bay Seasoning to correct the flavors. I would not repeat this recipe.
