    My first time making paratha, I had to watch a video on how to shape them, which was actually quite easy. Irish wholemeal flour seemed to work okay in place of chapati flour. Using ghee and Nik Sharma's chaat masala, these were quite flavorful. Now that I know how easy these are, I'll definitely try other flavors of paratha (garlic butter comes to mind).
