Where’s the full recipe - why can I only see the ingredients?

Always check the publication for a full list of ingredients. An Eat Your Books index lists the main ingredients and does not include 'store-cupboard ingredients' (salt, pepper, oil, flour, etc.) - unless called for in significant quantity.

    This came out really gummy and clumped together, especially after refrigerating. Not sure if some/all of the grains/beans were overcooked. I've been burned by recipes like this before when I don't trust my instinct - cook each grain separately, despite the time suck. What was not disappointing about this dish was the healthiness.
