    Can substitute blanco tequila for mezcal.

    The flavors of this taco were really nice. Unfortunately, by adding the “marinade” after cooking and cutting up the chicken, the chicken got cold. So I suggest warming the chicken after cutting and marinating- might not taste as vibrant, but I think it would be worth it.
