Where’s the full recipe - why can I only see the ingredients?

Always check the publication for a full list of ingredients. An Eat Your Books index lists the main ingredients and does not include 'store-cupboard ingredients' (salt, pepper, oil, flour, etc.) - unless called for in significant quantity.

    This was nice! I will make again. I used Ginger instead of Galangal and Lemongrass Paste in place of the Lemongrass. Really delicious!

    I used fresh rather than ground turmeric. Turmeric, kaffir lime leaves, lemongrass, and galangal added to coconut rice makes a flavorful rice that is a perfect base for many Southeast Asian dishes.
