    Very good. It does make a lot. I need more broth to have enough moisture to blend. So I used less cream. I used a mixture of light coconut cream and held and half. The flavors had warmth and depth without being heaving. Would definitely make again. Could probably make a half batch if you aren’t feeding a crowd.

    Be prepared to have a lot of soup. There was far too much to be contained in my vitamix. It's a nice and healthy soup with a bit of spiced up flavor.
